1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Kulvriksh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Kulvriksh is a consent-based family graph application that allows users to map family relationships, create profiles for relatives, and connect with other members of the network. All relationship links between active accounts require explicit mutual consent.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, except for shadow profiles of relatives who are not yet members of the service.
4. Shadow Profiles
You may create shadow profiles to represent relatives who have not yet joined Kulvriksh. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter for shadow profiles is accurate. Shadow profile subjects may claim their profile at any time by creating an account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Kulvriksh to harass, impersonate, or harm other users. You may not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you. You may not use the service to collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the application menu. Upon deletion, your profile and all data directly associated with your account will be permanently removed. Shadow profiles you created will also be removed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kulvriksh is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulvriksh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
